A good roof company can do so much more than easy repairs. I own a downtown Los Angeles commercial building that has been turned into lots of apartments. There are tips on there that can help people protect themselves from unscrupulous con men that might try to take your money and not even do any work for you.
If you decide to use environmentally helpful materials to take advantage of the Federal Governments tax credits, I suggest you talk to your tax professional about the details. A few of the tax credits demand that the project be certified to qualify.
